You've been in Hollywood since the late 70s and have seen so many changes to the entertainment and social landscapes of LA over the past several decades. What are some of the most memorable changes/events for you and in what influential ways has the voice-acting industry changed (good or bad) in that time?

PS. Loved meeting you at Con-G in Guelph in February 2013! Everyone was tickled that you had such personal experiences with Canada in your youth hockey days :) Honourary Canadian for life!

Well, when multiple rescues turn you away for a lack of dog-ownership experience or get really defensive about a single man working 10+ hours a day 6 days a week... what are your options? A very responsible friend wanted to adopt a dog - couldn't!

Why? Because of his work schedule and the fact he wanted the dog to live outside in a big fenced-in backyard (so the dog can run around and not go nuts in the house all day by itself; for sleeping of course, the dog would come inside the house- the dog he was looking at was a Siberian Husky, a dog VERY well-suited for the Canadian winters! They LOVE being outside more than inside, for God's sake. Anyone who coops up a husky or a malamute in their house all day is a criminal!). Nope, denied.

So he went and bought one instead! He wanted to do the right thing, they didn't want to do it back. People not adopting and choosing to buy... it's a two-way street, and often the potential dog owners are NOT the problem. The bureaucracy and defensive anal-retentive staff are to blame.
