What tools are making these guns more dangerous?

Where are these loop holes that allow a domestic abuser to get a gun? If he buys it from a shop, he has to do paper work. Which guess what will show up in the back ground check. Another person? How are you going to stop that?? Gun shows, again, those are licensed vendors who aren't going to loose their store just so you can have a gun.
