It is a very difficult (and new) topic. I understand being trans gay straight cis etc. etc. isn't a choice, but having irreversible surgery is. Agreed, everyone is entitled to their opinions. I hope mines at least somewhat balanced.

Does it lower testosterone? If so, to what extent? For example would you need to take test cream as well as this to normalise levels?
