Billy Madison was one of Adam Sandler’s first actual movies. When you worked with him how professional did he seem at that point? Was he serious or joking around a lot? Just curious.

The fact that anybody was walking outside of the range with a loaded weapon is evidence enough that neither of the two involved were responsible with their firearms.

The first thing you do when you're done at the range is take out your clips, make sure there isn't one in the chamber, then you lock the gun up or put it in it's bag, and carry it to the car that way. This dude was just straight up walking in the parking lot with a loaded revolver in his hand? That doesn't happen unless you're straight up moronic and irresponsible, which is exactly why something moronic and irresponsible happened.

Edit: since most of the responses mention CC, let me clarify, I don't think a gun should be unloaded at all times, I was specifically speaking to this situation, where the guy clearly didn't have a CC permit or a holster, and in a common situation where you go to range just to shoot, you do what I said above for safety.

Obviously if you have a CC you're most likely a responsible gun owner that wouldn't be this stupid, though there's the few out there that make other CC holders look bad. This guy just makes gun owners in general look bad.
