Pvz one was really invigorating, so when the pvz2 was freemium part of me died. I really think making a game franchise pay to win (not freemium) is a kick to the developers.
Have you experienced an increase in negativity in your working time with popcap towards the end of your time there? I envision game development companies as sort of Google like happiness caves, where everyone is motivated with the same goal, but in a normal company personal agendas and annoyances from them can get high. Did you experience this as well and got a feeling of being disconnected?

Did you feel like you were at least taken serious when trying to make the Pvz sequel pay once instead of pay to win? Also, did you feel the arguments from the other side were solidly based?

How do you feel about doing a collaborative project with Alec Steele? Epic Britishness would ensue.
