I was diagnosed with OCD as a kid and still struggle with intrusive thoughts. I was taught to conceptualize my intrusive thoughts as a bully or a belligerent person who just doesn't want me to be happy. Think "I can beat this," argue with it up to a point, but if the thoughts persist (persistent doubting), then recognize when I've spent too much time arguing with something that won't give up and distract myself. Any other tips for dealing with intrusive thoughts and fears like "I'm/someone I love is about to die?" (for no good reason)

Also on the autism spectrum. By definition, a rule is a regularity in the world. It can be hard to come to terms with, but most rules in the world aren't written down. Even D&D has unwritten rules, such as "player characters shouldn't kill player characters" or "what the dm says is final" or "The DM's job is to make the game fun." It makes life hard that the rules aren't always written down, but it's true.

What are your thoughts on compressing the normal 40 hour week to 4x10 hour shifts, vs. reducing the 40 hour work week to 32 hours? I ask because I currently work a 4 day workweek of 4x10 hour shifts.

Are you mostly commissioned to write about certain topics/kinks for people, or do you mostly write the ideas you come up with and enjoy? If it's mostly commissions, how do you convincingly write about a kink that isn't your own? If it's mostly your own ideas/kinks, how do you get it to appeal to the public?
