Thanks for doing an AMA. I began reading the series shortly after 'Killing Floor' hit paperback, and have read every book.

I always wonder what will ultimately be the final destination for Jack...he is not the type to ever 'retire' but at some point there is an end for everyone.

Have you thought a lot about how the series will ultimately end?

If so, have you thought about or created a character that will 'pick up the flag' after Jack's journey ends?
