That doesn’t change it from being difficult to change habits you’ve developed your entire lifetime. Sometimes a person’s brain is more in control of their decisions than they are. We are still learning about this sort of thing when it comes to addiction.

If you have a relationship, how much strain did your paralysis put on it? Were you still able to have sex? Did your partner have to help you a lot?
