Hi there ! Huge fan of stunts (ok with a preference for the old ones, and European ones).

How did you come to be a stuntman ?

What are you favorites stunts (even done and created by others, from around the globe) ? Do you have a "master stuntman" you "fangirl" about ?

How do you create a stunt ?

Do you think the film industry treats well enough stuntmen like you ? You are men of shadow, and from what I have experienced being around stuntmen a good part of my life, you are the most humble men and women to be around. So I mean, there is little to no consideration I think (and it is just my opinion). When a film is base 1/3 on action and stunts, don't you think you should deserve a bit more highlight ?

What is the ratio men/women around you ? You teach class, do you have many women ?

ahah yeah know the name Terry Leonard, my father worked with him a loooooooooooong time ago :)

And some more questions : do you have children ? How do they live the danger from your work ?

My father was/is a stuntman, in France/Europe. Cars, bikes, trucks, boats, physical stunts too... You name it. He does not think he should have been clapped more but I really do.

Your job is making people dream. As proud as I'm to have him as father and one of the best stuntman in the world (not munching on my words here, not because he is my father but you can't find another man / woman in the film industry who has more appearances in credits than him, and yeah he is my father and I'm fuc%ing proud of him), I'm glad he does not do stunts anymore !

So coming back to my first thougt : your job is making people dream. Marvel at things, go "waouuuuu", freak out and cringe ! Crawl in a chair thinking "omg how can he do that ?!!!!!". This is admirable.

edit du soir bonsoir : ceci dit, le principe est justement de ne PAS les mâcher. Bref, je me comprends toute seule ce qui est déjà pas mal! et comme j'ai faim... et ces histoires de munch ça me fait penser aux Monster Munch et c'est encore pire. Merci, c'est de TA faute cher ami!
