They are practically the same thing and Oral Herpes (HSV-1) is very common in American society. Over half the population aged 14-49 have HSV-1. and it's very closely related to Genital Herpes (HSV-2), and shares about 50% of it's DNA with HSV-2. To put that in perspective, Humans share about 50% or our DNA with one* of our closes living relatives, the banana.

The Learning Channel used to have a show called The Operation. They didn't shy away from showing blood, bone or internal organs.

Just a plastic chain mail shirt. It doesn't need to be metal. If the 3d model was pre-folded, then I think it could fit it into the work area. They type of material I had in mind can be seen in this YouTube video:
