How does the job market look for people with this condition? Has your condition been a hindrance for finding work?

Wow. Thank you for replying! Do you wear them constantly, or just when you're out and about? Follow up question: do you ever think about rocking a double eye patch? This could be the next big trend for fashion-savvy pirates...

To piggy-back off this: some organizations are allowed to be a little more specific when requiring proof of service or therapy dog status. I work in housing, and we ARE allowed to ask for some sort of proof about a dog's status. For example, if a person wants to rent an apartment in a building where no pets are allowed- a service or therapy animal is not a pet and is exempt as long as proof is given.

We may not ask why an animal is needed. But a letter from the training organization stating that the person applied for and received a therapy dog (dated and signed), or a physician's affidavit that an assistance animal is needed (again, not stating what the need is, only that it exists) are both considered adequate proof.

What do you mean by 'prosthetic eyes'? Are those glass eyes, like Columbo had? And do they do anything for your perception, or are they just to...make it look like you have eyes?
