I can not for the life of me "get used to" waking up early. When I had to wake up at 7 every day for a year the only think that happened was that I couldn't keep my evey open earlier and earlier. If I could I would go to bed at 8 and sleep for 11 hours and it was just as bad.

I tried sleeping for an exact amount of hours (8, 9 or 7) as well but it makes no difference. Yet no one believes me and just thinks I'm being dramatic. It's been causing issues my entire life and is preventing me from having a normal job, since when I do, I'm too exhausted to do anything else.

What does science say about this? How much of this is psychological and how much physical?

I just have to say, what you do is a dream job, you guys are my heroes!

What I'm curious about is, how tame are cheetas? I saw videos in documentaries where they come very close to people and the experienced people didn't seem very scared. Are they ever dangerous to people if you don't provoke them?

The worst thing is that no one believes me. Everyone says I sleep either too much or too little or something. But it's not that.

Thanks so much. It actually sounds like it could be my issue. Especially the not being able to stop yourself from falling asleep.
