Is there a specific step or action an ISP has taken after the lapse of Net Neutrality you can point to that, in your view, is troubling?

Thanks for the response, I dont quite share your viewpoint but it's nice to hear another opinion. Wouldn't fraud, contract law, or another theory in tort law cover most of these violations? Maybe we could make it easier for class action lawsuits with internet and tech companies?

I see the user agreements/contracts in most of technology from Facebook to Verizon a bigger issue. A fraction of our population read these and I dont blame them.

I agree, it is somewhat unrelated but still important. Most of these internet giants want NN because it regulates something other than them. In reality these companies should be broken up and regulated themselves. They should not be able to bend their own rules to censor specific viewpoints. What's concerning are not the rules, but how they are not evenly applied. We can and should be concerned about more than one problem, but if a ship is slowly sinking you need to plug the biggest hole first.
