As a medical student I can say that this thinking is flawed. Yes women get regular breast & pelvic exams. But people also come to you when you then have a problem. You have to deal with vaginal infections, lacerations, etc. Bloody discharge from nipples etc. And when you do a breast exam you need to be focused on feeling for masses or lymph nodes. It's your professional duty, not pleasure. Have your significant other do a breast exam on you.... it's not a sexual experience.

Many doctors (men & women) have told me the reason that the reason they enter the field of OBGYN is because of childbirth. Others have put it this way, many of the patients you see are younger, and generally care about their health (especially the pregnant women). Therefore they adhere to treatment better and often respond well to treatment. It can be extremely gratifying to see the health of your patients improve based on your interaction. In other fields, it is possible to make the right medical decisions and still have your patient's health decline.
