Most of my family got theirs at birth, I got mine later in life about 18. I was visiting my Grandmother and family were talking about their names and how they got them. One example is I have an uncle named Crackling Winter Snow because when my Grandmother was bringing him home from the hospital in February, the snow was "crackling" underneath her feet. I didn't have one so I asked why and she replied 'When were you born?' "October 27" 'Oh, that's late fall when all the leaves are pretty. Kanara:dios (Ga-Na-La-Dee-Yose) Pretty Leaves' I love you Grandma
