My question is.. Why?
Why are you doing this? What made you think of starting a kickstarter for potato salad? Why a $10 starting funding rate? Did you expect to go above that? Did you think it was possible to get this much attention over potato salad?
You say you've never made potato salad before.. So what do you think makes your potato salad interesting? Perhaps just the sheet simplicity of the idea, and the concept of a crowd of people coming together to make potato salad?
