There's different programmers for different products. V8 is an amazing piece of software that is almost entirely powering our everyday life. Other products are less optimal.

I don't know where you live,or what your newspaper agency is telling you, but it was pretty big news in Germany.

Those "stakeholders", investors, corporation reps or whatever you wanna call them could buy, I repeat, buy seats. Yes, nations actually sold their seats to these people.

I understand that these people need to be there as well, but they should be either equally represented as the other "opinions", or be a minority, like pro-environment groups are/were right now.

Furthermore, there was a pretty good statistic on the share of pro-environment organizations and "stakeholders" in terms of "votes" or "seats" and those "stakeholders" had 10s more seats than pro-environment groups. It was, honestly, shocking to see this.

I can search tomorrow 3 pm GMT+1 my source on this, if you need it to believe me, but then, I'm afraid, I'd like to request your sources on those views as well.

Let's say you have one person winning 10 million dollars out of your 1000 customers. That's losing pretty hard.

Let's say you have one person winning that out of your 10 million customers. If you've earned 1 dollar per customer then you're at a net zero.

Of course they'll have to scale out their winnings as well, so...

Let's say each of these customers save 1000 dollar. That's 1 million dollar you can throw around. You may get a partnership with someone who likes your idea but not much beyond that.

Now let's say you have a million customers, each saving 1000 dollar. That's 1 billion dollar you can throw around. That kinda money can get you special deals with banks and insurances and higher interest rates. You can also start moving this stuff abroad into higher interest rates countries or some such. Through this, you get more interest on the money that is saved.

And of course lastly there could also be a free and paid tier for the app, with the free tier showing a banner ad at the bottom of the screen or whatever.

I mean, you have women protesting the sexualisation of women by standing around naked or at least topless. Satirical comedy takes something real to an absurd level

This reminded me of Space Engineers. They released they're source code, but at the same time said their project is not "Open Source".
