IF Google is really buying twitch, I recall when StarCitizen streamed on Youtube, they got shut down live for singing Happy Birthday. Doesn't set a very good precedent here.

Its really not to be blamed solely on the music industry. Content is being flagged without the permission of the content creators. There are documented cases of musicians' music being flagged when they did not tell Twitch to flag it, and even Valve's own channel had been muted for Dota 2 music, which they own.

Hey Jules big fan. I started a music channel awhile ago but lost motivation. Whats your advice to people who want to jump in to the videogame music territory? Is there too many people trying now? Find a niche?
