Does the average person there really believe that Kim Jong Un is a god?

I inquired with a foster agency to foster a child. They kept trying to push black kids on me; they said they would pay me extra money to take a black child because nobody would take them. This was in California... Is this accurate? Is this the same everywhere?

You mean was there an issue with "me" fostering a black child? no, not at all. I didn't even inquire about races... that was just the first thing the agency brought up without us asking.

BTW, our circumstances changed and we did not end up fostering any child, but we still may foster/adopt in the future.
