The idea of "shopping around" for a hospital is just bat shit crazy to me, sorry.

In the UK you go to the hospital and you get your treatment/appointment.

Yea iirc that Helios flight that crashed in Greece.

Although everybody was "alive" on impact, the plan was stuck in a holding pattern whilst pressurisation had failed and I think I read all passengers would have most likely suffered permanent brain damage at that point.

Undoubtedly the transponder was disabled from inside the cockpit in an area of known poor primary surveillance radar cover.
