We have so many parts and kids don’t play anymore. How can I sell them or better yet, exchange them?

Oh sweetheart. I am so so sorry. How can a parent allow this? I can’t even gather my thoughts to express my sorrow. I hope you can live the rest of your life full with love, respect and peace.

There is a girl I mentor who recently came from South America, she has a Bachelor's degree and 2 year Associate degree and she is learning English right now. She really wants to become a flight attendant and I have been researching for her. She is in Bay Area, where should she start? Certificate, school, training? Any advice is appreciated.
