What kind of training does your staff have? For instance, are there people who are allowed to handle/sell guns but not donuts, or vice versa? Or is everyone cross-trained on everything?

I think it's a little unfair to classify monasteries as category 5. Some monasteries absolutely are. But some are highly integrated into the regular community, and may either reach out to the community (food drives, after-school programs, etc) or let the community reach out to them (tours of monastery grounds, prayer sessions open to the public, etc), or both. Monasteries can also have varying degrees of extremism; they might strictly control the diet of residents, for instance, or make no restrictions whatsoever. Honestly, plenty of monasteries are a lot less strict and controlling than families which are category 8. So just because a place is a monastery doesn't necessarily make it category 5 by this scale.

Do you see children of ultrareligious parents having less access to medical care than they should?
