Both cyberghost and pia limit BitTorrent to certain regions, or not-USA at the minimum. This goes for most vpn providers afaik

They reroute BitTorrent traffic to their other servers transparently. You can stay connected to US-Florida all day ;) it's on their website I think. I had gotten an email about it

Government protection for being a snoop for them? Pet conspiracy. If they're totally legit then they're the cheapest game in town that has a robust, customizable client and maxes out my up/down

In that article is also a link to the PIA site about it. Apparently it's a port range they're shifting, going by the TF article, but it's all much too vague for me to really comment on...
