Damn you are THE fan!

I'm just recently informing myself on the situation so my opinion doesn't hold much but I like the one guy who commented above me's idea of introducing solar industry and whatnot and offering to train all of the current worker to give them jobs. I know that's a promised land in comparison to what would actually end up happening but is there a compromise present?
