My question is: How has no one made a Harry Potter MMORPG yet? I swear, if someone did, I would just give them all of my money.

First of all, I want to say it's great you're doing an AMA about this. I guess my question is.... I have Crohn's Disease (IBD), which is a chronic disease. My sex drive has pretty much gone down the drain completely because of it (anal leakage, pain, depression etc).

I'm just curious what you think would help with my situation? The only sexual activity I do now is masturbate, but TBH that's only to help me fall asleep.
