I'll a question. What kind of living do you make from this? I mean, are you able to support yourself doing this alone? Are you one of those people that set up shops at different venues like fairs and concerts? Have a nice day.

:-D Thank you very much for the answer. It's a pity for those penny stock people, they're looking for an easy buck but end up getting burned. I am 19 and I try to trade options a little bit. More young people should consider this as at least a way to make additional income. I've never had that experience yet which makes me dislike a particular analyst, but I know some people that are convinced the media is being bought off. :-D I'll remember that about Mark Twain, good conversation piece.

Do stock "analysts" and others in the media sometimes get bought off to promote a stock/sector? I'm sure we've all seen those articles from various websites and newsletters that recommend a stock that is in actuality doing quite bad: one such example would be in the housing market, that often receives misleading reports that end up costing the sheepish investor. Is this because the writers are being paid to promote?
