Is that the same thing the adorable kid Alec from the children's hospital commercials has?

I mean this lightly, but also sort of truly, I wish Dr. House was real. I went through something sort of similar, and it took them a bit to figure out what was wrong with me, too. Like you I went to bed one night, fine, woke up the next morning all fucked up. I was in a coma for a few weeks, kidneys and liver shut down, on dialysis for a month or so, thankfully kidneys and liver bounced back but I was in the hospital for months and still have some walking problems today. I too had some serious visions/dreams/hallucinations/out-of-body experiences while I was in the ICU. I am very thankful that you are doing better!! Chin up, buttercup! I am not a religious fella but if you are then God bless!

How long is your recovery estimated to take? Mine is just over 3 years now and still going.

Man, you are an absolute hero!! I commend you on every thing you've done and I am so sorry for every thing you've lost. For the first time in a long time since this SCOTUS decision I am proud to be an American and I feel that brighter days are ahead. You're an amazing human being and your husband would be so, so proud of you.

(Not that it's really relevant, but I am a straight man. So this SC decision didn't effect me on a personal level but it's yet another positive step in tolerance, respect and love for all)
