Showbiz Pizza was actually CEC’s main competitor back in the 80’s and were located all over the US. When Chuck E. Cheese went bankrupt the first time in the 80’s Showbiz actually bought the company. Eventually there was a falling out between the company that produced the animatronics (Creative Engineering) and the people at Showbiz, so eventually by the 90’s every Showbiz Pizza turned into a Chuck E. Cheese. In fact, many of the characters were retrofitted (changed) into Chuck E. Cheese characters, though I never thought they looked exactly right in those cosmetics as compared to the Creative Engineering cosmetics. These characters were mostly found on what the animatronic fandom calls the “3-stage” show.

There are magicians that tend to reappear on the show to try and fool Penn & Teller a second time. Is there any chance you may reappear on the show? I certainly hope so.
