No need to be sorry. It was fun for me. I hope it was for you, too (at least in the beginning).

In my extremely limited (thanks, Ken*) experience on the show, I recall they do re-shoot from time to time. On one of the shows I watched while waiting for my beat-down, Ken's face wasn't what the producers wanted when he revealed his Final Jeopardy! answer so they reshot a few seconds of poker face and then edited that into the tape.
