I totally understand where you're coming from. I haven't been on reddit that long so I honestly can't say if something like this would gain a lot of traction, but you never know. It also probably wouldn't take a lot of work beyond the initial setup, you could use something like IFTTT to automatically copy your posts from twitter to reddit. If not, email updates would be cool too!

I know you guys probably have a thousand other things to do, but would you consider making a Help The Chimps subreddit so people who don't use Facebook or Twitter can keep up with the effort? I think animals are one of the most popular topics on reddit. Mostly peoples' pets but people care about animals here.

Serious question: has Singapore always had an issue with grossly mistreating domestic help, especially foreign-national domestic help or is this a recent phenomenon?
