If you agree to donate and then find out they want to do the pelvis-type procedure, could a chickenshit like me opt out until they need a match again and I can opt for the other type?

I have serious anxiety related to hospitals and medical procedures. I would love to sign up to be a donor, but the more invasive procedures would require me to be under IV sedation due to anxiety-related panic attacks, and therefore it isn't viable for me.

It took me years to work up the courage to donate blood for the first time because of my anxiety. I have O- blood type and so I'm glad I could work it out and help people, but I would love to take it to the next level.

Yeah, you're right. That's why I don't join the registry, honestly, I wouldn't want to be the person that gave hope then yanked it away. But at the same time, I want to contribute, it would just have to be on my terms. Hopefully that's better than just not bothering at all.

It seems silly to be so afraid, but logic and rationality have no place in my mind when it comes to hospital stuff.

One of the selling points of the Instead Softcups is that you can wear them during sex, for mess free period relations.

I use the Softcup (shallow vagina, tilted cervix) but I can't imagine wearing it during sex. I prefer the mess, honestly.
