I like the idea of putting salary minimums on H1B jobs.

It doesn't even have to be within the competitive market rate. It could be a baseline minimum of $100k for all jobs. If that position is truly that hard to fill, then a business should be able to afford that H1B minimum.

People tell me that there is a difference between playing the cards and playing the people. How do you "play" the people? Especially, how do you read people?
