Nope. Implants don't have the ligament that attaches natural teeth to your bone... they're literally fused to the bone and are thus solid as a rock.

The periodontal ligament lends your teeth a tiny bit of give, as well as containing the receptors that tell you where you're biting and how hard.

When you have only one or two or even a handful of implants around your mouth, the ligaments of the teeth around the implants are able to provide this information. Once you start getting more and more implants though... it feels more and more like you're biting on rocks.

Now I want to see what your eyes look like... I'm Asian and don't have any issues, whilst my white colleague just couldn't stop motherfucking blinking whilst trying to put lenses in. =_=;
