I remember you trying to solve some resolution problems on twitter.
What resolution is the game running on iPod / iPhone 4? Because I'm seeing a lot of jaggies.
Another thing is, while I feel that the game is pretty much perfect, I have too issues with it:
I feel like single tapping moves the arrow too much, I mostly die from over-correcting my position.
The "new highscore" message always distracts me to the point of dying immediately after it pops up. I wish I could disable it.
