In Belgium, this happens A LOT. Busses will randomly just pass by bus stops and I (while sitting at a window on the bus) will watch those people get up and sometimes even run behind the bus for a while.

I usually give the driver a yell but sometimes I'm just too spaced out to realize that...

Of course, it also happens to me. Which causes me to miss my train and get late for exams etc.

How can a server detect the local client replacing its own links?

Let's say I send it in - they find the problem (fried sensor) - do they repair it and send it back along with an invoice?
