I have a consumer's perspective of the gaming industry, but I see many titles change and shift as a result of Corporate culture or profit into "dumbed-down" versions or money-leeches. Do you feel those kinds of pressures as you work (blink twice if you're in danger right now), and if so, what do you do to stay true to your audience and brand?

Second, just wanted to commend you guys on your balance of both historical believability and my desire to remake the world. Some games play out like a history book, and others completely derail the narrative, but I find a nice mix in your titles.
