That's what I figured happened. Like when the terrorists make those videos where their victims say a bunch of bullshit about what they did wrong and the west being bad.

Can we open up the border? I thought north korea controlled their own border strictly with walls and electric fences. I guess we could force it open, but the north would retaliate and we'd start a military battle.
