This is a tough question to answer. In the dating world, looks matter. No one wants to admit that, but it's true.

I don't know why you keep saying that but it's just plain simply wrong. Looks matter (as they should) and everyone knows/admits it.

No shit you have to have an interesting personality, but you also have to be aesthetically pleasing/sexy for your partner no matter how "interesting" you think your brain is.

It really is a combination of everything, you have to work on your body/looks as much as you have to work on your mind. Don't fall in the /r/iamverysmart , /r/niceguys circlejerk cause then only you will find yourself attractive.
