Hold the fucking phone. The expectation in your branch is for females to run a mile in 16 minutes? I know there can be some exceptions for things like push-ups, pull ups, etc. but running? I feel like there shouldn't really be a difference between sexes on that one. Willing to bet the vast majority of my female friends can beat that without a single day of PT
