I’m 26, 5’6, 185lbs, my docs classed me as obese, diagnosed me as type 2 diabetic, been advised to lose about 35lbs, this was back in Sept 2018, I’ve not made a huge effort to lose any weight yet, just reduced the amount of bad stuff I eat, drink sooo much more water.

Basically, such a ridiculous scale to class me as “obese”
