What do you think NASA would have achieved if they had maintained a higher % of the fed budget? Such as the 4.41% of 1966?

Do you see the NASA budget getting stronger as time goes on? Even with the recent interest and activity of private space organisations? Do you still see NASA as a dominant force in the space front 100 years from now?
