Nova Scotia Power has sent crews to help restore power. I'm sure TICO will get there much sooner. Luckily Emera has a huge highly skilled labour force to pull from. Luckily the main generation is undamaged. That video isn't a big deal for power, replacing fuses/cutouts, TX Cans and the open secondary is fast. Substation damage and pole replacement is the biggest pain. Hopefully it'll be a fast recovery and everyone gets help quickly.
