My fear was seeing someone touch my eyes. Don't fear that AT ALL. Because of the numbing drops, the entire time it look like people were working on my eyes about a foot away from my face, even though it was definitely all touching my eye balls. Seriously, you don't "see" it that way at all.

I felt a little sensation of cold, and about as much pressure as you'd feel rubbing your eyes gently in the morning.

Plus it was over in seconds. Honestly, I worked it up as much as anyone could, and it was so easy. I've worn glasses since I was 5 years old, so 30 years. Now I have 20/15 in one eye, and 20/20 in the other. The world looks amazing because I didn't realize how much contacts and my glasses were distorting my view... curving the world slightly because of the lenses. Everything looks so mucous bigger now.

Haha, yeah. iPhone autocorrect and thumbs that are MUCH too big.

A Monster Calls was a beautiful movie and threw a spear right into my heart (in a lovely way).

So, where does one go to audition to be eaten by a dinosaur? It's a bucket list item for me.
