Hey Matt, huge fan of Mad Men here. I have a question regarding Kiernan Shipka. When she was hired, did you or any of the writers know how big her character would become to the show?

The midseason 7 finale was incredible. When I first heard Bert Cooper break into song and dance, I laughed hysterically the whole time. I actually had to re-watch the episode again to fully understand why the hell that happened. I have to say that is probably my favorite Mad Men moment. I have to ask, what did u expect the overall reaction to that would be?
