I just want to commend you on your courage to endure all that you've gone through and to come full-circle in your ability to share your story and help others. Does the act of "recovery" still require daily and/or conscious effort even for those who are years and decades past their last drink/hit/fix?

Perhaps there's an immediate turnoff when one reads your short bio and finds that HIPAA is misspelled....
