I am building a house and need to choose a type of flooring. We are putting wood in the kitchen and would like something that is somewhat water resistant. Would you recommend engineered hardwood or actual hardwood?

He can't answer this as it would likely breach attorney client privilege. Fun fact, clients are frequently free to trash attorneys online and the attorney should only respond with a boilerplate, "I cannot breach the attorney client relationship" response. Better response is no response at all.
