So, again, what makes you different? Cause none of what you just said is.

Oops, things have to be a question here

Naww, good for yooou.

Is this just self promotion or an attempt at native advertising? What makes your pod special beyond 'females"?

I'm a woman so fail to see what's being done here that hasn't already been done better by thousands of other people before

Not OP and not a professional.

My 2 cents is that stoicism can be a very thin line to walk when you have a brain that already has a natural deficiency at dopamine production. It may be a great mindset for those with a high dopamine personality type but when you already struggle to 'feel happy', without substance abuse, something more 'glass half full' and freely expressive might be better.

I'm 29 with untreated ADHD and Dyslexia, I struggle with self worth due to a long period where I compartmentalised a lot, in order to cope without having to ask for help, and although very pragmatic to my self esteem and concious/mindful thinking, it has done a considerable disservice to my core self.

Before practicing stoicism, take some time to self reflect, keep a journal and reread it when in different moods or frames of mind, make notes on your previous entries with your new perspective.

Try and write in it for at least 10 days straight when you start, it only takes 10 days for something to become a 'habit' and you will be ingrained with the 'need' to continue.

After 6 months, set it aside, let it rest for about a week or two and once you're in a calm or relaxed mood, take two highlighters, pen and spare note paper and read it again.

Highlight places you can see self improvement and where you struggle, highlight the positives one colour the other a different one. As you complete each entry, note down what the core take always are from each colour.

A good self imposed rule is that each entry should be as close to 50/50 as possible, no matter seemingly small a peice may be.

Once you've done this for each entry and have you final note sheet, sit back and enjoy. You have a pretty solid idea of where you are, where you need to go and what you have or need to get there!

The next step is finding ways to improve your negatives and maintain practice of your positives.

If a negative is let's say 'I struggle with my self esteem' then you know where to start searching. What is self esteem? What is affecting my self esteem? How can I combat what is impacting my self esteem?

Considering they boasted an experiment based around hair washing and a very obviously not believed urban myth (if believed, no one would buy shampoo) a kids school project level of 'experiment and research'. something that was verified and has been scientific fact for Decades.

I was too poor to get a higher education but theres SO much more better and cooler thing's to do in science.
