Is there any clear connection between autism and/or ADHD and gut health? Will improving gut health lead to a better management of autism/ADHD symptoms?

I'm astonished every time I see Americans replying "thank you for your service" to war vets and cops knowing that they have participated in the well-documented, systematic and heart-wrenchingly inhumane oppression and slaughter of innocent people across the world and even within the country itself. Are you thanking them for ruthlessly instigating conflict and perpetrating unbelievably horrific crimes to serve the USA's so-called 'interests'? These self-serving interests that consider the rest of the world as disposable and the loss of non-American/systemically marginalised lives as mere collateral damage?

These simpering expressions of gratitude reveal a lack of awareness, an inability to reflect, a paucity of moral core and a degree of self-absorption that is truly staggering and disheartening to contemplate.

Do better, America. The world is watching in disgust.
