I have gone grocery shopping for my parents and elderly neighbors. I did one giant run, then went to my parking lot and laid EVERYTHING out on old towels.

I sprayed + wiped every damn item down, then changed clothes + washed hands+arms. Then packed each home's groceries back up in trash bags and delivered them to the doorstep and walked away as they opened up.

I'm pretty confident that, though a massive pain in the ass, everyone was safe. Same thing when I get packages delivered.

Not an uncommon thing to experience. Your body was literally torn open and a major organ replaced. That's a fairly massive trauma. I experienced a similar thing when I had a car accident. I did a lot of mindfulness work and somatic therapy. It was a lot of stuff helping to strengthen my mind-body connection
