From a quick search I found this link where you can suggest a speaker, and I did see that you are allowed to suggest yourself. I wish you the best of luck, and I'm sure if other people suggest you as well it may help.

It's important to remember that right now meat is incredibly expensive, we really aren't saving money by using these methods. We just don't see the cost at the store, most of the price comes from our taxes. I can't find a current source, but as of the early 2000s, with government subsidies factored in, a pound of beef cost around $44 to produce. If you were to buy a $0.99 quarter pounder (assuming it's all beef), the government payed $10 in subsidies for feed (corn & wheat) and to the cattle farmers directly.
Most small farm meat isn't really much more expensive, it just doesn't have billions in resources to dedicate to lobbying for these subsidies like the factory farm industry does.
